My manager pic just disappeared!!

Hey guys, was just playing hit continue a news story came up and bam my manager pic is just the black cut out, checked on my profile and its the black profile, how can i get my pic back in the game, and why would of it disappeared???

Go to /documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/

Create /grahpics folders and create /me folder.

Now you need a program called FMRTE.

Load it up and type in your own manager name in its search box. Get your unique ID#.

Now, get your manager pic and rename it as your unique ID#.

Put it in your /me folder.

Now create a text file.

Replace #### with your unique ID#.

Rename the text file to config.xml . Make sure you do change the file extension .txt to .xml

Run the game, go to preferences and go to display.

Unbox use skin cache and click reload skin on confirm.

Save the change.

Done.

Just tried that but it didn't work can someone link me a config file that i can change the unique id
