Team Talks...

During my first season, say the first 10 games, my team talks were great. It’d motivate more than half the team, at least. After that it slowly declined until nothing I said seemed to bother any of my players. I’ve tried pretty much every variant of the team talk (in the right circumstances, of course) and the only thing that gets a reaction is being aggressive at half time, when we're playing badly.

I’ll then try and speak to the players individually if it’s a big game and get them going but that rarely works.

The team talks aren’t getting negative reactions, they’re getting no reaction at all. Is that normal?

One of my players was unhappy with the team talks briefly but it isn’t listed as a problem on his happiness now.

Is this normal? Or have I lost the dressing room? I’ve never had this issue in past versions so I was wondering if I need to do something differently this year?

i have the same problem with my everton team. i have no idea how to fix it either
