Not a bug- but weird none the less

Currently playing as PSG in my first season and Roma have offered me Erik Lamela for 71m.

I have only added him to a shortlist, I have not made a bid or enquiry.

If he's worth that much why do they want to get rid of him.

Ok maybe Roma need the money ( they don't it's as far as i can tell)

I know it's popular to be complain about the transfer system, but it is only the first season.

Anyone care to explain, or is it a bug?
