Only able to withdraw certain players from int'l duty?

I'm managing New York in 2012, and I'm in the playoffs. I just had two players get called up to the US U-20's - Juan Agudelo and Emmanuel Gyamfi (re-gen). They got called up for friendly matches on November 16th (Tunisia) and November 20th (Canada), which would rule them out of the MLS Cup final. Besides the fact that these call-ups would NEVER happen in the American game, I'm only able to withdraw Gyamfi from the squad. I don't have the option to pull Agudelo out. Is this a bug?

EDIT: Odd. I clicked out of the international instructions screen, went back to my inbox, and clicked it again. Now I'm able to withdraw both. Iwish I didn't have to withdraw them since they're both ticked off now, but that's a call-up that every player in MLS would decline in the first place.
