basjan Posted October 22, 2011 Share Posted October 22, 2011 Hello SI People, I'm a long time FM user on the Mac and i hear lots of people talking about Mac and Steam as a combo, so i was wondering if i buy a legal real DVD copy of the game in my local store tomorrow when i go out for shopping can i just install the game without using Steam on the Mac? Last year i did exactly the same thing, just buy the game locally drop it in my iMac and running no problem and no 3rd party software on my Mac. So i was just checking if that will still work before buying the game , because if i have to use Steam you guys lost me as a gamer for this year! I hate to be told what to (extra) download and install on my computer only because some freaking gangsters are too cheap to buy this software! The good people have to suffer for the bad once! Thats a failure and the wrong point of view SIGames! Thanks you all the people working on FM for the last years you guys made a game i really liked..
