big daddy Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 I am playing a serie a game , and my 23 youth players on full contracts are only training as youth players , this is killing their development. I can put them in my first squad , but with now games they will not improve, nor will they when training as youth players. Must say I am against the new training = youth squad then train youth training. I have 28 players in my inter team , and have no room for my talents , they are left to rotten without getting any better. my 3 best talents are training with my 1st squad but are 5th choices for a match. please can we get a able to play with u19/u20 teams in next patch. Administrators Neil Brock Posted October 21, 2011 Administrators Share Posted October 21, 2011 Players not playing in the First Team with 'First Team' training will not develop as quickly on 'Youth Training' playing games regularly. This change was made to mirror real life more realistically. Youth team players will train together in this fashion, the first team will rarely have youth team players step up permanently unless they're part of the first team squad properly.
