johnhughthom Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 A CA of 1 would mean all their attributes would probably be 1 at the beginning, no matter what they were set at in the database. He would probably also end up with lower stats when fully developed as he is unlikely to reach full potential with such a gap between CA and PA.
