There could be medical reasons, family issues, sleeping with the captain's wife, and other kind of stuff that there simply is no message for in FM. What i meant is that when FM spits out a message that someone retires when it makes no sense what so ever for them to do so, it's FMs way to emulate people retiring because of the reasons like the ones i mention above.
