I offer a player a 2year deal on a 825 p/w deal but all he demands is a non-contract deal with 825 p/w. Some kind of bug? Or just what players do IRL with lower league teams? 2a. Match preperation: I've set match preperation to very high etc but my assistant keeps damanding focus on match preperation. 2b. Match preperation: Is it only found on the tactics menu (bottom left corner) or is there a more detailed match preperation screen somewhere? 3. I'd like to play a long passing game. How do I set my team to play long balls? Should passing be direct or short? (PS: I set pump ball into box before every match with a shout)... Thanks guys. Just ignore him until your players are fluid in the 1 tactic and if you want make another, if you don't you have to put up with it unfortunately.
