Can't see all columns in Team Talk screen and can't adjust them either

Hi chaps, I'm having a problem where I can't see all the columns in the team talk screen because there doesn't seem to be enough space. Rather importantly it's actually the Morale Change column that is too squashed up to see anything in it which makes judging team talks rather difficult. I've tried grabbing the columns to lengthen the width but it doesn't seem possible, I've also tried to right click the columns to see if I can remove any that I don't need but that doesn't seem possible either! I'm in fullscreen mode at 1280x768, anyone have any ideas?
