Marty McFarty Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Hello, Long story short 1) Purchase FM 2) Money goes from paypal and is paid to Steam 3) Games does not install and is listed in my history as a failed purchase 4) Contacted support - no reply 5) Over 12 hours have passed 6) I booked today off work to play game... but cant! When made the original purchase I am assuming that there was just some form of glitch. Has anybody got experience of purchasing a game twice and getting one purchase refunded? Im really gutted about this and thinking of a way to get the game today but dont want to end up paying £60 if I dont get first payment back. I know perse Steam doesnt do refunds, but surely for this, with everything documented in several support messages, I should get my original cash back? Right??? Thanks!
