That is the info i have, i am just about to go pick up my copy i pre-ordered with GAME in a bit so i shall find out if it is 5 quid cheaper when pre-ordered. But at least in Spain, in-store prices have always been way cheaper. Steam prices for FM are never competitive until they start to apply 33% - 40% discounts along the year.
