kcssing Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Dear friends, I am from Hong Kong & have bought a DVD version of FM 2012 this afternoon (21/10/11), however, after I typed in the product code for the game installation via steam, a pop-up message told me that the game cannot be installed. I really dont know why? And I tried to restart the installation, it directly jumped to the page for entering product code & a message says "Product Already Owed", "This steam account already owns the product(s) contain in this offer. To access them, visit your games library". Then i cannot install the game. And when I check my game library on steam, I can really find the game but it shows "not yet released". Please help.......
