Where can you find info on how many coaches/scouts you can have?

In FM '11 this was in the boardroom section, but I don't see it there in FM '12.

It should be the bottom left panel on the boardroom screen.

The headings are Staff role, current and advised.

Nope. I've got the "where can we scout" screen there.

EDIT: I'm playing in windowed mode, if that makes a difference.

When offering a contract to a staff member, it will tell you how many staff member of that type you can sign and how many you already have.
