OllieCJB Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 I pre purchased and pre loaded FM12 on the Mac yesterday. I go to play the demo today and my account has been suspended. I've raised tickets with Steam Support yet heard nothing back. They claim to have refunded my purchase (the bank says the money has been taken out) and I've heard nothing back. What kind of company has no support over the phone?! Very disappointed that Steam is the only option. Any ideas how I can speed the process up in getting my account reactivated? GuitarMan Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 In my experience it usually takes about 24 hours for steam support to get back to me (when i have had account acess issues due to forgetting my password). They will get back to you. However, again, in my experience they don't suspend account access lightly (it's hardly in their interest to block customers from their store)... It's not optimal but when you have 20 million users you're going to have a lot of tickets flooding in. And yes, why was the account suspended?
