THX1138
Does anyone know if it's possible to get a goalkeeper on loan after the transfer window has shut? I know that IRL it is possible to get special dispensation from the football league to loan an emergency keeper in.
Nottingham Forest
I'm not sure, I think it could say on the rules tab of the division you play in. Have a look at that and see. If it doesn't then see if you can try .
Dave80
If I was you I'd just release the 1.5star backup and sign yourself another! But in terms of the loan, I've never seen that - no. Sorry!
petey_g
Have you tried to loan offer for a keeper? It might recognise your situation automatically. I've definitely had clubs take one of my keepers on an emergency loan in the game before so it's possible.
tom_numbers
I've made emergency loan signings several times on FM11 in the EPL, they're limited to 3 month loans, and it's a nightmare finding a club that'll accept your bid, but they do work. Most keepers you make an offer for will have the "loan" option available. As said only 3months you can loan, i have forgotten about the registration part though sorry,... Things Could Get Messi
correct me if im wrong but in the blue square north where you are playing, the transfer window is open until march 31st so you can sign players in any method until that date? so you should have no trouble getting a loan player in september. You are right, from the BBC English Football League and Blue Square Premier (Conference National) clubs have the same deadline for full transfers, but not for loans. Clubs in the English non-league pyramid below the Blue Square Premier are not bound by the transfer window system. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6971785.stm
