Ineligible first-team players

Apologies if this has been raised already.

This is not a gigantically major issue.

However, playing as Sochaux my 1st game of the season is away at marseilles, who also have a reserve game on that day.

Noticing a surprisingly poor side, I investigate further to find their key players (Loic Remy, Andre Ayew etc.) have all played in the reserves that day, making them ineligible for the first team game, despite being in good fitness and in the first team squad. This is about 10 of their first choice players. I won the game 1-0 and feel a bit dirty about it.
