Player morale?

for some reason, i can never seem to get the player morale high, even though we are top of the league and i never say anything positive. Anybody got any tips?

If you are top of the league then I'd not worry to much unless you upset the players and their performace drops and you lose matches. I'd say you seem to be doing OK

If you are talking about FM2012 than Team Meeting is what you are looking for!

I've played with Inter, Forlan scored 7 goals in 9 matches, over 7.5 average rating and he was still having fairly poor morale. Had similar problems with most of key players including Sneijder and Maicon.

Then I organised a team meeting, saying to the players that I think we can go for the title. The morale of the whole squad went sky high. Now I have a team full of highly motivated individuals

Insult the ladies playing in your team. They are supposed to be men, not sniveling girls.

It's taken me until October to get morale high for all but my best two prima donnas. In my case the main problem is my manager reputation is low compared to what the players expect.
