The rest work best to be set the day before a match to give that area a slight boost during the match. If you keep Attacking Set-Pieces on all week it will have the same effect if you just select it the day before. It is only Team Blend that builds on itself keep an eye on your assistant report on the team blending. For Example, if you got ride of all you players and brought in a new side he will say they are not working has a unit if you pick Team Blend after a certain amount of time, he will say they are working well as a unit.
