Diegs
If there is a game on Boxing Day then football clubs do run on Christmas Day, actually. It's been mentioned on SSN a few times that players have to go in for match training between opening their kids' presents and having Christmas dinner. Exactly, players often train on Christmas Day, so it's only fair that the manager works too. I've had games on New Year's Eve which is also a little unlikely, but it doesn't matter to me at all, since these dates don't mean anything in game whatsoever. The important dates are Transfer Deadline Day and Season Update Day!
