I pretty much feel like if you don't make your players unhappy occasionally you're probably not doing your job properly! In my Sutton Utd game (To teh Championship in 5 years ) I have this guy called Ion Popa who is my best defender. Second best is a rising star called Ryan Davis ho is in his early twenties.
