FM2012 Preffered moves

In FM2011 the preferred moves option was under player interaction. In FM2012 you can set it automatically backroom advice once the coach recommends to play on left side of pitch etc... however when you go to a players individual training under preffered moves it says to go to player interaction to do this as in FM2011 but there is no preffered move category in the interaction as there was in FM2011. I have only played 1 game at the moment so does this come up later on or if not where do you interact with players for preffered moves
