Tactics player set up FM2012 and previous versions

There is one thing that I believe should be improved in the game and that is your tactic and player set up (unless I am doing it wrong) and I think this needs to be addressed in future versions that is when you set your tactics to 442 and put a player say on the wing who is a winger and that is his best position you then set put your best striker to his best position as stiker. Then when you set up a tactic say 4312 the striker has been swapped for the winger in the 442 tactic. The only way round this is to set the 442 tactic and then move the players to the 4312 position and then save it. However you should not have to do this and I think it should be addressed to make game better
