[FM2012 Demo] Teamtalks?

How can I use teamtalks in the Demo ? For some reason I don't find the way to manage them (and I can see the importance in my team results, I tend to agree with those saying teamtalks are more important than the players or anything else, so it's an emergency :-))) ? It appears in grey with my AssMan advice and it says I can use it only once or something like that (will check if required)
