Welshace Posted October 2, 2011 Share Posted October 2, 2011 always thought it was two things... determination first... and also WHERE your looking... i.e if your looking at 1 in italy and another in france.. it will take a few days to get both. But, if your scouting all 4 in one team say... a scout will be able to do all 4 in one, depending on the set stat of determination Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Atari Posted October 2, 2011 Author Share Posted October 2, 2011 yeah that is a pretty interesting topic, although in one of the last post the user Thorpe found a case where a scout with better attributes returns less reports compared to one with poorer attributes.
