This wouldn't happen in real life.

Unlikely (though less so if they're much strong and/or had been pushing hard during the match, in which case a few goals eventually wouldn't be a surprise), but not impossible, and the game often will do you if you're not careful with the half-time talk, sometimes even if you are if the above factors are in play. Looking at the shot stats (which I know aren't everything), while 6-3 was a bit much, a Rangers win isn't a surprise. I'm no expert on the subject but I use that one when not winning and saying that 'you can push on to win', so I can see why the players might have taken it in a complacent 'we can win, and we are winning, so what's the worry?' sort of way.

3-1 against Rangers at Ibrox with 25 mins to go. Then they scores 5 goals in the last 25 mins.:mad:

Spurs 2-0 up at HT at Old Trafford and the game finishing 5-2 for Man Utd? Of course that anything can happen. I'd say it was your team-talk as you let your players become too complacent. What did you tell them at the HT?
