Viewing two tactics at the same time?

Not sure if you can already do this (If so please say how)

I was thinking much like with windows 7 where yo can place to windows side by side and work from both if they could impliment this into Fm.

I ask because when building tactics I tend to look at other peoples as well as my own and sometimes want copy parts of there player setups into parts of myown tactics that I think might work or help.

The only way to do this is to either write down all the player/team settings and then add them to my own tactic or keep saving my tactic and then changing to the other, but if we had both tactic A & B side by side you could work from both at the same time thus saving a lot more time I feel.

Another idea I had (Again not sure if this is in the FM12) is the ability to say copy the left backs setup from tactic A and be able to paste it to the left back position on tactic B, again saving considerable time

Any thoughts on this or suggestions please
