Boroboy100
I don't mean the installed game files, as I am well aware that depending on where you have Steam installed depends on where the game files are installed. I mean the data files, the pictures, the skins etc. I have a very small and very packed C drive installed and a whacking great 500gig external drive, I downloaded the Mega Facepack for FM11 but due to it's size I couldn't utilise it as I hadn't enough room to un-pack it. Is it possible, or will it be in future editions, to install the data folders away from my main HD?

I currently have my data directory on my E-drive.

Keyzer Soze
Preferences -> General Then under "User Data Folder" you can change the path. But i think, not sure, that you can only change after um create a save game.
StormenDK
How??? Where??? Actually it is in the 'General' tab when you open preferences. There is a section called 'User data folder. There you can define where all the data files are stored. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2690754/FM/FM_preferences.PNG
Kanukki
Just a word of caution. I once put my data files on a networked NAS, and the game processing became quite slow. A directly USB connected external drive will be faster than a network drive, but still slower than an internal HD.
