It great if your manageing a lower league club but if your a top team then it doesnt make a difference becuase none of the top teams are buying anyone, but there is a loophole though Has manager of Villa, Man Utd ofered me Ji-Sung Park even though budgets were set to zero but I had the option to Interact with the Board, so I did and they signed the player.
