I selected the Swedish start date (Feb 2011) and unticked the box allow transfer budget in first window so that no-one would have money to spend in the summer window but then when I selected my team they had money to spend! The Welsh Lad Posted September 9, 2011 Share Posted September 9, 2011 Not if you pick to start before 1st July, if you started on the 1st of july with the Tansfers Unallowed then you wont have a budget until January.
