What are the worst injuries you've had in the game?

In terms of what it actually is and length out.

Worst I've had is a fractured skull and 14 months with a torn ligament.

On an old FM, I had someone who had cancer/lymphoma or something. 23 months out.

There has never been cancer on the game. It is likely that you downloaded a third party update with an injury pack included.

I can't remember the longest injury, I've had players out for 8-9 months or more with a virus, players out for 10 months with a "hip injury" (just exactly what is one of those? :confused: ). but the other day I was just browsing around, as you do, scouting the opposition and such...

and I came across these two fellas. Both at the same club, both with the same injury...

Not really an injury, but i get a sharp pain in my index finger after i have holidayed from the game in close season and come back to click "continue" for 3wks worth of messages.
