MUFCElMikeO
I've been meaning to post a suggestion for a while about rather than having an offer for a player accepted and then just automatically offering them a contract, they ask questions, see what their role in the team would be, be able to make them promises, etc etc, so that teams that aren't so amazing rather than have a player flat out say "no, not interested", you could try and convince them that it could be a good move for them. Negotiations in previous Football Manager games have only been about how long the contract length is going to be, how much they're going to earn, while negotiations in the real world of football involve where the club is going to be going, what would be the benefit of such and such a player joining. It would add a whole new aspect to the signing of players side of the game.
naxself
The last thing the game needs is more clicks. All that sounds very unwieldy.
