Then, get to EVE, and nothing happens :'( So, i thought, rather than missing out on a transfer, why not allow (if at all possible?) allow the deadline to be AM on 1st September. This is quite realistic considering most deadline day deals do not 'officially' go through until well into the small hours. Just a thought If possible, then great! If not, then at least i asked?!
