billysharpsdad Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 I assume it works a bit like player ability, but obviously you can predict when players ability will go up and down during their career (i.e. their ability will drop as they near the end of their playing days). So does anyone know if coach or assistant manager ability will drop as they get to a certain age? I ask because I'm currently in 2013, and Carlos Queiroz's contract is a about to expire.
