Cannot load saved game. Please help me!!!!

So I've been playing FM 11 since launch and I have the 11.3 patch loaded.

I've been playing 3 main saves-one as Manchester United (from the demo), one as Aston Villa (from the 11.3 patch) and Tonbridge Angels (from the regional division download).

I booted up FM this morning and it was fine until I pressed load game and selected the Villa game. It said "saved game cannot be loaded" and the screen went fuzzy, so I closed it down and booted it back up. This time I tried to load up my Manchester United game and the same thing happened. And the same thing happened with my Angels game.

By the way, I'm not playing rolling saves.

So now I'm wondering two things. 1.Has this happened because I downloaded the extra regional leagues? 2.Can it be fixed?

Nothing to do with regional leagues,and it can't be fixed :/ You're not first to have that problem ;) Next time use 3 file rolling save or something like that.

I guess it just proves that rolling saves / 3 saves for saved game is the way to go. However if you had a crash dump instead of this unable to load saved game, the game would have automatically saved you a backup saved game which would be able to be loaded.

Is my whole local disk going to be corrupt now then? Or is it just the game?

If the corruption has come from the database, then the saves will all be corrupted. To be sure , uninstall and reinstall the game to make sure that the game files are OK.
