For example if you set one player as a 'key member of the first team squad', then threw him in the reserves for the season, chances are he'll complain and become unsettled. Although I have had one player recently who complained about lack of football, who was a teenager at the time with his status set to 'decent young player', and he went public with his concerns... he just got released, barely any compensation for his measly contract.
