macca72
Evening, I've just got promoted to Premier League and was struggling to find players for the calibre I was looking for, so took a punt that Real Madrid would have a couple of players on the list. (They weren't showing as realistic). I managed to get Canales and Gago, two pretty good signings for me, and am now a bit annoyed with my assistant that he filtered these out. Clearly he's going to get sacked, the question is, does anyone know what attributes for your assistant determines that he'll actually get this right ? Cheers. BiggusD
Apart from Judging Player Ability and Potential Ability, I suppose it is only a matter of his own Ability to filter out correctly. There are no star ratings for being an assistant manager, so I suppose you would have to go for someone with high reputation (continental+). I don't think the filtering will ever be 100% correct, though.
Noob21
Filtering only gets you players who are "very interested" in joining your team, this is one of my biggest peeves
