CLS Posted August 23, 2011 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Yep, I think a very general rule would be between 1 and 2 thousand pounds per seat for expansion, so it is pretty much the going rate - if a season ticket is £500, you make a profit within 3 years. Lem Posted August 23, 2011 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Does seem a bit pointless. If there's a demand for expansion you'd expect a couple thousand at least. I'm sure in reality it's cheaper and quicker to do one large project than lots of little ones. Just be glad they didn't temporarily reduce your capacity to build it. Maybe it's because the existing capacity is close to a level considered appropriate for the clubs situation.
