What exactly are the buy out fees shown in the end of month report ?

the clauses negotiated when you sell a player, such as 10% of next transfer profit. You can 'buy them out' before the clause is activated ie. before the player is sold.

how do you buy them out ? from where ?

from the 'transfer clauses' area in transfers. But they won't always be available, and the negotiated fee may rise/fall.

You might want to gamble that a player who you sold cheaply as a youngster might blossom into a player who they could get a big profit on, and so you could get more of a fee if you waited for them to be sold on.

Or, just take the buy out fee as and when it becomes available.
