fanfare
I've been wondering if a success is possible using only tactic creator. From start to finish, setting formation etc. then choosing Standard/Counter/Control etc depending on the situation.
milnerpoint
ive never used the classic tactics since the TC came out and never struggled to be successful:thup:
BiggusD
I've been wondering if a success is possible using only tactic creator. From start to finish, setting formation etc. then choosing Standard/Counter/Control etc depending on the situation. Many do this. I don't, mainly because I don't agree with the theory behind the different tactical choices as presented by SI. My approach is therefore purely pragmatic. Kenco
I've had loads of success with the tactics creator.
heathxxx
Even as a self-confessed slider-holic, since FM10 and the introduction of the tactics creator, I've rarely touched them. My right hand no longer suffers spasms or violent shakes either now...
Bobbins71
Of course it is. IMO, far too much emphasis on "it's your tactics". Your ability to win games works in this order (again IMO). Better Players Better Players (again) Better motivation through use of media and personal chat and teamtalk Player condition and fitness Players being comfortable in your tactic (whatever it is). Far to much emphasis is applied to tactics. Super tactics don't exist. You can set up your team to perform above expectations with the right tactic, but it's just a small part of the game. I actually play 4-4-2. I listen to the scout report and if he says..... They like to pass it around - hassle them They have fast strikers - drop deeper Pitch is on the long side - play more direct, etc etc all through using shouts. I love the tactics creater. It makes the game so much more understandable. I know people like the classic setup, and good luck to them, but it's not necessary now and I think you learn to understand the game better when you keep it simple. Just out of interest what do you do when your scout report says "they don't play a particular passing style"
