A really good prospect has just left me on his day of joining and now I can't even negotiate with him, I feel robbed. Should this seriously have happened? Why would the game let me offer him a contract knowing he would leave on the date of joining.. I guess it is my fault but this shouldn't happen imo. Apparently pre-contracts with youngsters who can't move abroad before they turn 18 work on a wrong assumption...
