Limbo85
How about the option to start as the assistent-manager, taking care op the u19 team, and building up your carreer this way? I have always wanted this feature in FM, just sugesting. Or am i the only one liking this idea?
stevie_G_32201
Or just take control of a lower league team.
AcidBurn
Starting as an assistant would not interest me but starting as a youth team manager would.
cynet
Yeah be cool to have different levels to compete in the club structure, would make things more interesting.
Nottingham Forest
I wouldn't mind the youth team, assistant manager or coach roles added in. Unfortunately as it's fairly similar to just a manager I feel alot of people would get bored. I reckon it could be quite hard to implement as well. BungleFish
i think the youth team manager could be amazing to play as, yeah you wouldnt have the abilty to sign players, but you could have your own team of scouts (maybe just a selection of the ones at the club), any players you find you could then recommend to the manager and depending on your reputation and relationship with said manager, they may buy said player and put them into the youth team. I mean, its the route Brendan Rodgers, Ole Gunnar and even the great one Mr. Mourinho have gone so its starting to become more prevalent in football imho and id love to see something like this in FM
