Goal of the Season - Quick Search?

I come from FML where the was a function where you could search all the highly rated goals in the game, and quickly link clip/videos.

is this feature in FM2011? if so where is it?

i might have to make a mental note/jotted when i see ace goals for my goals of the season.

Also is there a way to check what players have recently come in and left the club. so a transfers in/out screen?
