furiousuk Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 Is he tutoring/tutored? Can cause a problem. In which case the tutoring will finish and they'll sulk for a bit before picking up again. Sometimes players just have bad morale for no obvious reason. It normally resolves itself - they'll either pick up again or say he's unhappy and ask for a break/transfer. Very ambitious/professional players (which are generally preferred) can sometimes expect too much of themselves and a run of consistent 6.8-7.0 performances might mean they get down on themselves.
