Magicz
This just happened to me when I offered a contract to Mame Biram Diouf at Villa. Is there any way I can appeal because it doesn't give me the option to???
Ackter
If you can get him loaned out and then offer him a new contract it should go through. Otherwise there's nothing you can do.

Brian Shanahan
Well thats great then. Considering that he is one of my first choice strikers... Whether or not he is playing for you is not the matter of it. The rules (both in game and real life) specifically mention that it is international appearances over the past two years for a to 70 (average FIFA rating) country that decides whether he'll get it or not. pelicanstuff
Also, he needs to have been playing more than a certain % of your first team games to have a work permit extended.
