S2008
Just a small idea really. The ability to specialise a training regime for a player towards one particular attribute has been a good addition to FM 2011 I'm sure most would agree- my suggestion would be to have the ability to improve a specific coaches attribute so that you can develop the coaches abilities and influence their growth. Thoughts?

Damian
Maybe we should also link the growth of this attribute to the type players being coached. For example, assigning a coach to defensive players should increase his the tactical attribute
pelicanstuff
It might be nice to implement the UEFA license system or something similar, and be able to send staff members on courses that might be a requirement for, say, promoting them from a youth coach to a general/first team coach in the more reputable leagues. noikeee
How about combining both of your ideas with something like: pay to send a coach to a certain course. Which should then sometimes improve their abilities in certain areas - sometimes not, if the coach is dumb or the course only teaches what he already knew. Would be more helpful in the lower leagues than in the top leagues where the knowledge is already very high, hence sending them to courses would have little effect. And sometimes proactive coaches would go to courses themselves on their own.
Marbah
Hello guys, What do you think about sketching your free kicks or your corners? Drawing the player movement and the ball trajectory will add a more personal note to the play. Think about the numbers of plays you can make ... Let me know what you think.
