Hi guys - As you are aware, some users are still unable to play FM11, due to a recent update from Steam. This has now exceeded 16 days. Would it be possible for you to answer the following YES/NO questions to put the thousands of affected customers' minds at rest please? I can't speak for everyone else, but a bit of honesty always outweighs ignorance. Sports Interactive / Steam have taken our money, but are not providing the service as agreed in the T&C's. I haven't the legal background, but it doesn't sound very fair, does it? I think everyone can appreciate the occasional faulty update, one or 2 bugs here and there, hell even a few days off FM and an apology would be acceptable. This has gone far and beyond acceptable. Any solution now, will be a relief, but I will not be grateful for the way we as customers have been treated.

1) Has the error for mac users 10.6.8 (and others affected) been reported to Steam?

2) What is Steams response?

3) Please give a timescale as to when the situation will be resolved?

4) How will those affected be compensated?

**** Note this is now 20 days (just shy of 3 weeks or 1/18th of a Year!!)*****
