Navie
Club/player loyalty - Obviosly means how loyal you are to you club and players. Domestic player bias - NEED TO KNOW Financial Control - How much money you can save/not spend/wage budget control. Hands on approach - NEED TO KNOW Squad Discipline - I guess how appropriate you fine your players when they play bad and get sent off etc. Tactical consistency - How often you keep using the same formation? Don't think it relates to team/player instructions.
fattyg
Domestic player bias - Tendency to sign players from the country you manage in. So if your in spain and sign mainly spanish players then this will be high. If you sign mostly players from other countries then it will be low. Hand on approach - I presume this relates to things such as managing friendly matches instead of letting your assistant do it. Handling player contracts, possibly even doinn your own team talks but i'm not sure about that.
