Unable to Demote or Promote Players

I am currently managing Barrow with almost all English players. I recently just got a job as England manager. When I click on a player to attempt to promote/demote him, it is impossible. The interface only allows 8 boxes. The 8 boxes are:

1. Remove/Call up (Nation)
2. Retrain Position
3. Coach Report
4. Player Interaction
5. Offer to Clubs
6. Transfer Status
7. Offer Contract
8. Release

Somehow the demote/promote box is missing. Is there any fix for this? Thanks in advance to those who reply.

In this situation, you can still promote/demote players via the Demote function listed in each individual players Transfer Status box.

Just a message to let you guys know that this issue has been fixed for FMH2012.

The second Demote button has been removed.

As backdrifter correctly stated, the option to demote/promote will be in the Transfer Status screen
