telesien Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Hi, long-time player (since CM 4) and first-time poster Whenever I start a new game, the clubs in Czech Republic get their U18 teams created with ONLY players of 15 years of age and it is extremely hard to manage teams like this.
